It uses your current income (no 2nd or 3rd jobs) to relieve you of the stress of trying to make ends meet (too much month, too little money). I highly recommend this book.
Nothing new here. More of a testimonial than a practical guide. Also too much promotion of his other programs.
I learned so much from reading this book. I wish I would've known these biblical principles many years ago. My life would have been so different. Nevertheless, I will use this book to guide my life from now on and help others to know about them, too. Thank you Gary for writing this book and sharing your knowledge with us.
GARY'S STORY IS AMAZING BUT BELIEVABLE. I AM ENCOURAGED BY IT. I WOULD LIKE VERY MUCH FOR MY WIFE TO READ IT WITH ME AND PUT HIS GODLY PRACTICAL STEPS IN MOTION IN OUR LIVES. THE BOOK IS WORTH THE TIME AND MONEY AND I BELIEVE IF YOU PUT THE INFORMATION TO WORK IN YOUR LIFE IT WILL TRANSFORM IT.
This book is split into two distinct sections, with the first section offering practical financial advice, and the second offering real stories the author about how the author turned the financial situations of financially-burdened people around.The section on practical advice is nice. It clearly explains how buying items now using "borrowed" money is a bad idea because of the added interest required when paying back the money. The author shows how the more desperate you are for borrowing money, the more expensive it gets, and this never-ending cycle makes it difficult to resolve unless you start living within your means to pay off the debt and avoid it altogether.The second part, which has stories of real people who had their financial lives turned around, is a bit less useful to me. Since these stories vary from person to person, it does not offer practical concrete advice, but rather emphasis on using faith to trust in the Kingdom of God for your financial needs.Overall, this book is well-written, but understand that there is some scripture references involved, so some religious background would be nice to better appreciate this book.
Pastor Gary lays out exactly what you need to do and shows you how to be debt free in 5-7 years. Then theirs the God factor, once God gets involved the whole process speeds up
Pastor Keesee relates Kingdom of God principles in a clear manner. His testimony and instructions are vital in assisting myself and husband become debt free. His book has helped me start a consulting business and help me and my husband toward getting out of debt too
